- Testing & Certification: Non-Destructive Tests for weld repair/production weld, O-ring groove/sealing surface inspection, and thread inspection per FED-STD-H28 series (or ASME B1 equivalent).
- Welding/Brazing: Must adhere to specified Navy standards (e.g., S9074-AR-GIB-010A/278), with procedures and qualification data requiring prior approval.
- Quality System: Maintain a quality system compliant with ISO-9001 (amplified herein) and calibration systems per ISO-10012 or ANSI-Z540.3 with ISO-17025. Government Quality Assurance at source is required.
- Configuration Control: Strict adherence to configuration control, including submission of Waivers/Deviations and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) for approval.
