• Construction is to take place during normal duty hours (0700-1600 Monday-Friday), with utility outages as an exception.

• Work outside normal duty hours to meet schedule will be at no additional cost to the Government.

• Contractor Personnel: Must possess current/valid licenses and certifications. Personnel must be easily recognizable. Key personnel include a Project Manager (PM), Quality Control Manager (QCM), Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), and Project Superintendent, each with specific experience requirements. Resumes for key personnel are required within five (5) calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP).

• Subcontractors: Firms performing 'delegated' design must be authorized for engineering or architectural services. All subcontractor firms must be licensed in their specialty.

• Badges: AFMC Form 387 contractor badges are required for all personnel prior to commencing work.
