Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the delivery, installation, and construction of a new post-frame metal carport at the Erwin National Fish Hatchery in Erwin, TN. The United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is procuring these services.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To define the requirements for constructing a 24' x 40' x 10' post-frame carport building at the Erwin National Fish Hatchery.

• Structure: Construct a 24' x 40' x 10' post-frame carport with a single-slope roof and 2/12 pitch.

• Framing: Install treated posts, headers, girts, and all structural framing components per engineered design, meeting applicable building codes and wind load requirements.

• Roof System: Install a single-slope metal roof in a specified brown color, including purlins, bracing, supports, closures, and underlayment.

• Perimeter: Construct a 1-foot overhang with finished steel soffit panels and matching trim around the entire perimeter.
