Key required options and accessories include a mirror on the front hitch, air conditioning, an elevating front cab, an obstacle detection device, custom military green paint, an automatic lubricating system, four integral hydraulic jacks, a rotating warning beacon, a rear camera, and an upgraded driver seat. The contractor must also provide two hard copies and one electronic set of operation and service/maintenance manuals, and training for 10 operators and 4 maintenance mechanics.

This acquisition requires adherence to extensive safety, health, and environmental compliance. A Contractor's Safety Program and Safety Plan (CDRL A004) are required within 10 calendar days of contract award, addressing detailed Industrial Safety and Health Requirements outlined in Appendix C. All contractor personnel must complete mandatory Environmental Management System (EMS) Awareness Training (CDRL A002) and Energy Management System (EnMS) Training (CDRL A003) before commencing work on Robins AFB. Other required deliverables include COTS Manuals (CDRL A001) and Accident/Incident Reports (CDRL A005). Unique Item Identification (UID) is required for all delivered items.
