Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel, labor, supervision, management, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, materials, transportation, shipping/delivery, and other necessary items/services for comprehensive gym equipment maintenance. This includes:
- On-site preventative maintenance (monthly Level 1, quarterly Level 2) and equipment repair services.
- Responding to unscheduled service calls within 24 hours and completing repairs within two business days.
- Supplying required replacement parts, with contractor responsibility for parts up to $500 per occurrence, and requiring COR/CO approval for higher value parts.
- Providing materials and equipment for upholstery repair/replacement.
- Maintaining detailed maintenance repair logs and submitting service call reports.
- Adhering to federal, state, local laws, manufacturer specifications, environmental controls, security, OPSEC, and antiterrorism requirements.
