Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a signed copy of the Combined Synopsis/Request for Quote via email. Technical proposals, including all submissions, shall not exceed 10 pages. .zip files are not accepted.
- Evaluation Factors: Technical Capability, Price, and Past Performance. Technical Capability and Past Performance will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis. Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value.
- Pricing: Quoters must hold pricing firm for 60 days from the quote due date.
- Registration: Contractors must be registered in SAM under the chosen NAICS prior to award.
- Mandatory: Descriptive literature demonstrating compliance with requirements.
