Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for comprehensive trash and recycling collection. Key services include:
- Scheduled collection of general refuse and recyclables (cardboard, shredded paper) three times per week from the Embassy compound and warehouse.
- Provision, replacement, and cleaning of appropriate collection bins.
- Furnishing commercial trash collection vehicles and trained drivers.
- Scheduling pickups during normal building hours (Mon-Thu 07:30-16:00, Fri 07:30-11:00), excluding holidays.
- Proper disposal at authorized facilities in accordance with local regulations.
- Providing monthly and annual reports detailing collections and disposal receipts.
- Adhering to rigid safety measures and environmental laws.
- Responding to emergency/unscheduled pickup requests within 24 hours.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), single award.
- Period of Performance: One base year with four one-year option periods.
- Set-Aside: Unrestricted - Full and Open.
