  • Providing bins, pallets, or other containment for recycled waste and deep cleaning them as needed.

  • Providing monthly service reports detailing quantities, pickups, issues, and corrective actions, along with an annual recycling summary.
  • Responding to COR notifications within 24 hours and maintaining a service level of no more than one customer complaint per month.
