To provide portable toilets and handwashing stations for the 2026 Wings Over Solano Airshow at Travis AFB, CA.

• Provide and service the following units:

  • 160 Standard Units
  • 8 Trailer mounted standard units
  • 20 ADA (Handicap) Units
  • 8 Units with Changing Tables
  • 1 Deluxe 4 Stall Trailer
  • 60 Sinks

• Services include delivery, installation, servicing, sanitization, and removal of all units.

• Provide personnel, labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, lodging, and transportation.

• Ensure units are clean, fully stocked with paper products, soap, and water, and operational.

• Provide electrical power for the 4-stall trailer.

• Pump or evacuate effluent and recharge receptacles.

• Perform minor repairs to portable toilets.

• Ensure staging locations are clean and areas where units were located are clean after removal.

• Contractor employees must obtain a security pass and provide employee information by Monday, 16 March 2026.

• Base passes are valid from Thursday, 23 April 2026 to Tuesday, 28 April 2026.

• Vehicles require registration, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license.

• Comply with all federal, state, and local environmental requirements and laws.

• Conform to all safety regulations, including OSHA.

• Contractor's foreman must have a neat appearance and be capable of speaking and understanding English.

• Contractor must identify an employee with authority to act on contractual matters.

To provide portable toilets and handwashing stations for the 2026 Wings Over Solano Airshow at Travis AFB, CA.

• Provide the following units as detailed in Table 1: 160 Standard Units, 8 Trailer mounted standard units, 20 ADA (Handicap) Units, 8 Units with Changing Tables, and 1 Deluxe 4 Stall Trailer.

• Provide all personnel, labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, lodging, and transportation.

• Service and sanitize all portable units and refill station sinks.

• Provide toilet tissue, soap, and paper towels.

• Perform minor repairs to portable toilets.

• Ensure truck staging locations and areas where portable toilets were located are kept clean.

• Provide all necessary vehicles and equipment, except for government-furnished items.

• Location: Travis AFB, CA 94535.

• Delivery and Placement: Thursday, 23 April 2026 (0800-1600).

• Security: Contractor employees must obtain a security pass. A list of employees with SSN, first, middle, and last name is required by Monday, 16 March 2026. Base passes are valid 24 April - 28 April 2026. Vehicle registration, proof of insurance, and valid driver's license are required for on-base vehicles. All personnel must comply with federal, state, and local environmental requirements and laws, and Travis AFB security instructions.

• Safety: Conform to all safety regulations, including OSHA.

• Insurance: Provide adequate insurance to cover replacement costs of any equipment used. The government is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of contractor equipment.

• Payment: Advance payment or deposit is not authorized. Payment will be made in one lump sum via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Invoices must be submitted through WAWF.

• Government-Furnished Property: Government will restock paper products and coordinate cleaning/servicing on 24-26 April. Government will provide a staging location with a water source. Any government-furnished expendable items not provided due to poor planning will be reimbursed by the contractor.
