Scope of Work

Contract Details
- Contract Type: Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) – This is an understanding, not a contract. Specific work will be ordered via individual Task Orders (TOs).
- Period of Performance: From the effective date through April 27, 2029. Task Orders issued during this period may extend beyond the agreement term.

- Currency: All Task Orders will be priced and paid in Pound Sterling (GBP).

Application & Evaluation
Applications are continuously accepted and processed in order received. To be considered, firms must:
- Be actively registered in SAM.gov.
- Possess a UK Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) license.
- Demonstrate Past Performance with a minimum of three separate construction contracts valued over £250,000 each on a UK RAF base or US Forces/DIO within the last two years.
- Submit a signed cover letter, a completed BOA Application (Attachment 4), and for Design-Build applicants, a completed SF330 Architect-Engineer Qualifications form (Attachment 7).
- Applicants will be assigned to pools (e.g., Minor Construction, Design Build, Paving, Roofing, Painting) based on qualifications.
