To install a new ductless split system at the Newark ATCT (EWR) base building, specifically in Room 141A (TSS).

The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services for the installation. This includes:

• Mechanical: Installation of (3) indoor wall-mounted units, refrigerant and drain piping, a 6-ton heat pump anchored to the exterior wall, core penetrations through the concrete wall with waterproofing, and insulation for piping. The system will be tested and charged.
