Submission & Evaluation

- Volume 1: Signed offer, technical specifications, and a completed Price Schedule (Attachment 2).
- Volume 2: Past Performance information, including a maximum of three relevant projects. References must submit the Past Performance Questionnaire (Attachment 4) directly to the Contracting Officer by the quote due date. Offerors without past performance must explicitly state this in Volume 2.
Award will be made using a Trade-Off Process, where Past Performance will be significantly more important than Price. The government may not evaluate all past performance quotes, prioritizing those with competitive pricing and high past performance ratings. Site visits are not supported for this action.
Special Requirements
Contractor employees must possess Certified Forklift Technician (CFT) certifications. The contractor is responsible for all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and compliance with base access and security policies. Invoicing will be through DoD Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Funds are not available beyond September 30, 2026, as per FAR 52.232-19.
