Scope of Work
The contract encompasses a comprehensive range of activities, including:
- Waste Management: Removal, transportation, storage, characterization, treatment, disposal, and recycling/recovery of RCRA hazardous, non-RCRA, batteries, corrosive, compressed gas cylinders, flammable, Demil-required, State-Regulated, non-hazardous, PCBs, AFFF and other PFAS-related, mandatory recycling, reactive, and toxic wastes.
- Special Services: Sampling and analysis, industrial cleaning, lab packs/loose packs, roll-off box rentals, vacuum box rentals, and expedited removals.
- Compliance: All services must adhere to local, state, Department of Defense, and Federal requirements, as well as Host Nation (Turkey) and European Union (EU) laws.
- Performance Standards: Standard removal time for containerized and bulk HM/HW is 20 business days, with expedited options available. Acceptable Performance Levels (APLs) are defined, and specific notification and documentation are required.
