  • Compliance: All services must adhere to local, state, Department of Defense, and Federal requirements, as well as Host Nation (Turkey) and European Union (EU) laws.
  • Performance Standards: Standard removal time for containerized and bulk HM/HW is 20 business days, with expedited options available. Acceptable Performance Levels (APLs) are defined, and specific notification and documentation are required.
