Scope of Work
The contract will primarily involve the removal, transportation, storage, characterization, treatment, disposal, and recycling or recovery of a wide range of wastes, including RCRA hazardous, non-RCRA, batteries, corrosive, compressed gas cylinders, flammable, Demil-required, State-Regulated, non-hazardous, Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs), AFFF and other PFAS-related, mandatory recycling, reactive, and toxic wastes. These services will be performed at U.S. DoW installations in Turkey.
Special services required include sampling and analysis, industrial cleaning, lab packs/loose packs, roll-off box rentals, vacuum box rentals, and expedited removals. All services must comply with local, state, Department of Defense, and Federal requirements. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and CLIN list are provided for reference, detailing specific waste categories and services.

Submission Requirements
Interested firms must submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 3 pages, single-spaced, 12-point font minimum) demonstrating their ability to perform the requested services. The package must address:
- Company Profile: Number of employees, office location(s), CAGE Code, and applicable small business category/status.
- Relevant Experience: Within the last five years, including contract number(s), Government/Agency or firm point of contact (POC), and telephone number. Indicate if a subcontractor and the work performed.
- TSDFs: A listing of Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSDFs) the firm would use.
