This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation. This soliciattion is full and open (unrestricted). As required by FAR 4.1102, offerors are required to be registered in SAM (The System for Award Management) at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. This solicitation is under NAICS 333415. All proposals shall be on an all or none basis, alternate proposals will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a proposal which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13.106 Simplified Acquisition Procedures - Soliciting competition, evaluation of quotations or offers, award and documentation, the Government intends to issue a single ppurchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of this solicitation and offers the best value to the government in acccorance with the evaluation factors outlined in the solicitation. All submissions (questions and/or proposals) shall be submitted electronically by email to alycia.k.stevenson@dea.gov and Andrew.J.Craig@dea.gov with the solicitation number included in the subject line. Late submissions (questions and/or proposals) will NOT be accepted.
