Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply and delivery of one (1) Farm Utility Tractor (brand name or equal to John Deere, model 6135E) to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge in Anahuac, TX. The tractor must meet the specifications attached to the solicitation.

• One (1) Farm Utility Tractor, brand name or equal to John Deere, model 6135E.

• Equipment must be new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

• Delivery is required by 06/05/2026.

• This is a firm-fixed-price contract.

• Period of Performance: 02/03/2026 to 06/05/2026.

• Quotes must be submitted on company letterhead via email to Khalilah Brown (khalilah_brown@fws.gov) by January 27, 2026, at 5:00 pm EST.

• Quotes must include: Total Price, Make/model of outboard motor (if applicable), Warranty terms, Estimated delivery date (ARO), and any discounts or shipping details.

• Evaluation Criteria: Quotes will be evaluated on a Best Value basis, considering price, technical acceptability (meeting or exceeding specifications), competitive delivery schedule, and past performance.

• This is a full and open competitive solicitation.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses by reference, including FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, and 52.212-5.

• Payment will be made via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
