This notice is for informational and planning purposes only, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8). It aims to conduct market research to identify qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and Small Businesses (SB) capable of providing medical gas education services. This is not a solicitation or a request for bids, quotes, or proposals.

The primary requirement is for a contractor to provide and conduct:

• A 6010 Medical Gas Installers Course for up to 10 participants.
• A 6040 Medical Gas Maintenance Course for up to 15 participants.

Both courses are to be held at the Lee County Health Care Center (LCHCC) in Cape Coral, FL. Training must meet NFPA 99 standards and include brazing instruction, course materials, and completion credentials.

• Coordinate with the facility regarding class/brazing locations, parking, WIFI, projection equipment, and facility POC.

• Provide specific gases for brazing (Acetylene, Oxygen, Nitrogen).

• Provide brazing supplies per student (copper tube, couplings, filler metal, gloves, safety glasses).

This notice seeks to determine if a SDVOSB set-aside is feasible. If not, the requirement may be solicited as a VOSB or SB set-aside. All responding parties must be eligible to compete based on the final set-aside determination.
