Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to eclarke@bop.gov in PDF format. Faxed and hand-delivered quotes will not be accepted. Quoters must follow all instructions in Section L, Quote Submission Instructions, of the solicitation package. Failure to provide all required documentation may result in elimination.
