All analyses must adhere to specific testing procedures and maximum holding times, and be performed by a laboratory certified by the State of Wisconsin for municipal effluent discharge testing. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary materials (sample kits, preservatives, bottles) and ensuring next-day shipment of samples to their laboratory, including all associated shipping costs.

Eligibility

Offerors must be current and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) and include their Unique Entity ID (UEI) number. The performing laboratory must be Wisconsin state-certified.
