Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive testing and analytical services for both wastewater and drinking water samples. Wastewater analysis includes Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Phosphorous, Ammonium, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), and Total Organic Carbon (TOC). Drinking water analysis covers coliform bacteria, inorganic compounds, Synthetic Organic Compounds (SOC), volatile organic compounds (VOC), and Lead/Copper. All analyses must adhere to specific testing procedures and maximum holding times, and be performed by a laboratory certified by the State of Wisconsin for municipal effluent discharge testing. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary materials (sample kits, preservatives, bottles) and ensuring next-day shipment of samples to their laboratory, including all associated shipping costs.

Eligibility
