Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide two (2) uniformed, trained, and equipped unarmed security guards to perform the following duties:

- Perform random roving patrols of Administration, Facility, and Fire Management buildings.
- Monitor and operate fire alarms, intrusion detection, and access control systems.
- Enforce weapon-free and drug-free environment policies.
- Maintain visitor logbooks and respond to security emergencies.
- Detain suspected individuals for local law enforcement as necessary (guards do not have arrest authority).
Guards must be in good physical condition, pass a complete background investigation, and possess federal Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentials for unsupervised access.
