Contract & Timeline
- Type: Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) under authorities like FAR 6.102(d)(2) and 10 U.S.C. §3458.

Submission & Evaluation
There are two primary methods for industry partners to respond:
- Innovative Warfighter Solutions (IWS): Companies can submit solution briefs to any of the identified Areas of Interest. The IWS process may involve up to three phases: Solution Brief, optional Live Demonstration/Pitch, and a Commercial Solution Proposal (CSP).
- Call for Solutions (C4S): The Government will issue specific C4S as amendments to this CSO on SAM.gov. Each C4S will outline its unique submission requirements, evaluation procedures, and timelines.
Eligibility
To be eligible for an award, companies must:
- Possess a Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number.
- Maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
- Register in the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) invoicing system.
- Accurately represent their small business size and status.
- Be determined responsible by the Contracting/Agreements Officer (KO/AO) and not be suspended or debarred.
- Identify any actual or potential Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCIs) prior to award.
