Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide comprehensive environmental compliance services for Beale AFB's 9th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) underground (UST) and aboveground (AST) storage tank systems, and gasoline dispensing facilities (GDF). Services include:
- Inspections, testing, certifications, and repairs for UST, AST, and GDF systems.
- Phase I and Phase II Enhanced Vapor Recovery (EVR) inspections and testing.
- 30-day Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator (DUSTO) inspections and triennial overfill prevention equipment (OPE) inspections.
- Annual inspections for automatic tank gauges (ATG) and monitoring control panel systems for ASTs.
- Spill prevention equipment and containment sump testing, release detection equipment testing, annual monitoring system certification, spill bucket testing, and line leak detection for USTs.
- Facility employee training on spill prevention and UST operations.
- Routine and emergency service repairs for UST/AST and EVR systems. All work must adhere to Federal, State, Air Force, and local regulations, including Title 23 California Code of Regulations.
