Scope of Work
This project involves the replacement of approximately 66,000 square feet of existing ballasted EPDM roofing with a new adhered TPO system. The scope also includes the removal of skylights, filling of the roof deck, installation of a non-penetrating ballasted fall protection railing system, masonry re-pointing, and concrete repairs. Additionally, existing rooftop HVAC systems and controls, including new ductwork, will be replaced. Asbestos abatement and mold remediation are also required. Note: One Roof Top Unit (RTU) with associated ductwork has been removed from the project scope per Amendment 00001. The project must be completed within 265 days after receiving the notice to proceed.

Additional Notes
A mandatory site visit was conducted on March 24, 2026. The Government has provided responses to questions submitted by prospective offerors via Amendment 00002. A Bid Bond is required for offers over $150,000, with Performance and Payment Bonds required upon award. Offerors must acknowledge all amendments. Personnel requiring access to FMC Lexington must undergo a criminal history check. The Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) was due April 14, 2026.
