  • A strategic plan for the upgrade, including a work plan, equipment/materials identification, and a quality assurance plan.
  • Submissions must be electronic (MS-Word/Excel 2007/2010, Adobe Acrobat PDF) and in English, with a file size limit of 30MB per submission.

  • A site visit is scheduled for February 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM local time at Parkring 12A, 1010 Vienna. Registration is required via email to Daniel Worel (woreld@state.gov) by February 17, 10:00 AM local time.
