  • Building Features: Class A, modern quality, sound construction, permanent facade materials, 24/7 accessibility, and modern conveniences.
  • Parking: Eleven (11) structured/inside or surface/outside reserved parking spaces, secured and lit, with costs included in the rental consideration.

  • Compliance: Must meet accessibility, fire protection/life safety, and Energy Independence and Security Act (EISA) requirements (e.g., ENERGY STAR label). No asbestos or hazardous conditions.

Contract Details

  • Type: Request for Lease Proposals (RLP)
  • Term: One (1) year base lease with Government termination rights (180 days' notice), renewable for nine (9) consecutive one-year terms at the Government's option.
