Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to remove and replace the existing Air Conditioner Unit and associated equipment (new evaporator coil and condensing unit). This includes a pre-installation site survey, procurement and delivery of new equipment, safe decommissioning and disposal of existing units and refrigerants, installation of new units, and start-up, testing, and balancing. The project also requires the provision of O&M manuals, as-built drawings, warranty information, and post-installation cleanup. An optional bid item for the replacement of an existing furnace with PVC venting is also included.
