Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This SOW details the requirements for replacing a stuck deadman valve and switch at the U.S. Coast Guard Base Astoria's aviation fuel farm to mitigate the risk of a runaway spill.

• Replace the existing deadman valve and switch, including associated hardware.

• Remove and dispose of the existing deadman valve and switch/cable reel offsite.
