• Test the functionality of the new deadman valve and switch in a live-fueling scenario.

• All work must be performed to the standards outlined in this SOW.

• A minimum 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship is required.

• The contractor must ensure the replacement valve includes associated pressure regulating and safety valves.

• Place of Performance: Coast Guard Base Astoria, Warrenton Campus, 2185 SE 12th Place, Warrenton, OR 97146.

• Work completion: Within 40 days of contract award.

• Work hours: Monday through Friday, 08:00 am to 4:00 pm, unless otherwise specified.
