  • Cross Domain Solutions must be on the NCDSMO List for Raise the Bar (RtB) 1.2 or higher.
  • Provide a signed letter from the National Security Agency (NSA) certifying the End-item Cryptographic Unit (ECU) for Secret or above data protection.
  • Successfully complete and receive Government approval for DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to access the Final RFP and technical library.
