Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To acquire contracted parking for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District (NWK) employees working in the Richard Bolling Federal Building.

• Furnish 100 parking spaces in an access-controlled parking lot, which may be single or multiple lots.

• Parking spaces must be paved, designated by well-defined lines, and measure between 8.5' to 9' wide and 16' to 18' long.

• Contractor is responsible for all supervision, labor, administrative support, materials, tools, parts, supplies, and equipment necessary to maintain the parking spaces and security features.

• Services include unscheduled/immediate response to service calls.

• Critical Service Calls (e.g., gate failure, security breach): Response within 1 hour, Resolution within 4 hours.

• Urgent Service Calls (e.g., unauthorized vehicle): Response within 2 hours, Corrective action within 2 hours.

• Routine Service Calls (e.g., faded lines): Acknowledgment within 4 hours, Resolution within 48 hours.
