This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) number 47QSWC26Q0021. • All items must be Buy American Act (BAA) compliant.

• Tracking of delivery via GPS or other instantaneous tracking capability is required.

• Shipping must be in boxes and properly labeled according to MIL-STD-129.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

• Period of Performance: Delivery is required within 120 days after receipt of award.

• Quotations must be submitted electronically in .doc or .docx format, 12-point Times New Roman font, single-spaced, and no more than ten (10) pages (excluding Section C contract clauses).

• GSA will not pay any costs incurred during the preparation or submission of responses.
