Call 004: Warfighter Training Support Services (WTSS)
- Purpose: Innovative solutions for a 47-month military training continuum for ~4,000 Cadets annually, focusing on Joint Warfighting Functions.
- Key Requirements: Design, integrate, and execute training activities (classroom, field, exercises, simulations). Develop curriculum, courseware, and provide expert instruction in areas like Command and Control, Intelligence, and Combat Survival. Requires 10+ years of military training/exercise planning experience (corporate and key personnel).
- Submission Deadline: April 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM MDT.
- Contract: Anticipated 1 base year + 4 option years.
Call 003: USAFA Virtual Perimeter
- Purpose: Autonomous, self-sufficient virtual perimeter monitoring for situational awareness and tracking.
- Key Requirements: 24/7, all-weather monitoring with 3km+ detection, AI for object classification, and compatibility with Lenel/Milestone VMS. Solutions must be 100% wireless, solar-powered with 48-hour battery backup, durable, and have a 10-year life expectancy.

Call 002: USAFA Military Exoskeleton Technology

Contract Details
Awards will be in the form of FAR Part 12 commercial contracts or Other Transactions (OT) for Research, Prototype, and Production. There is no specific set-aside for this CSO; it is open to all innovative commercial solutions. Large businesses responding to calls over $750K must submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan. Performance will be at the USAF Academy, CO.
Submission & Evaluation
Phase I submissions (Quad Charts and Solution Briefs) are evaluated based on technical merit/applicability, importance to agency programs, and funds availability. The government reserves the right to fund all, some, one, or none of the proposals. Offerors will be contacted for next steps, which may include pitch sessions or RFP requests.
