Call 005: AI Transcript Processing USAFA Directorate of Admissions requires an AI-based platform to streamline the processing and scoring of high school and college transcripts. The solution must:

- Continuously improve accuracy through machine learning.
- Convert GPA scales to a standardized 4.0 scale and a configurable USAFA scale.
- Support various file types (PDF, common images).
- Provide a user interface for data review and correction.
- Process transcripts 24/7/365 with a maximum two-day turnaround.
- Integrate with USAFA's Salesforce CRM.
- Preferably operate in an Impact Level 4 (IL4) processing environment and support natural language processing for custom queries.

Eligibility & Set-Aside
This is an open competition Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO). No specific set-aside is designated for Call 005. Large business offerors responding to calls over $750K must submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan. Offerors must be registered in SAM for Phase III.
Submission & Evaluation
Submissions for specific calls follow a two or three-phased process. For Call 005, interested offerors must submit Quad Charts and Solution Briefs (Phase I). These will be evaluated based on technical merit/applicability, importance to agency programs, and funds availability. The government may forgo Phase II (Pitch Session) and proceed directly to Phase III (Full Proposal). All solution briefs must be unclassified. The government will not pay for submission costs.
