Scope of Work
The work involves providing all labor, materials, and equipment to replace the EEV on circuit one of a Trane Chiller Model # RTAC-1704-UR0N-UAFN-N1TY1DDN, Serial# U09L05904, located at 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23703. Key tasks include:
- Isolating the chiller, recovering refrigerant, and removing the faulty EEV and its controller.
- Furnishing and installing a new manufacturer-specified EEV and controller as a matched set.
- Evacuating the circuit to a minimum of 500 microns, performing a decay test, recharging the circuit, and conducting a thorough leak check. The period of performance is not to exceed 30 working days after contract award.
