Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the following:
- Tank Cleaning: Remove approximately 100 gallons of waste oil and oily water; clean interior surfaces free of sediment and sludge without damaging coatings.
- Inspection: Conduct a visual inspection of all interior surfaces, including bulkheads, plating, manhole covers, fasteners, and gasket seating surfaces. Assess the condition of the Tank Level Indicator (TLI), float switches, and sounding tubes.
- Waste Disposal: Dispose of all fluids and cleaning waste in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining a complete chain of custody record.
- Testing & Documentation: Witness operational tests of TLIs and submit a "Tank and Void Assessment Form" via Coast Guard reporting systems.
