• Period of Performance: Estimated to be Base Year (June 10, 2026 - June 9, 2027) plus four Option Years (through June 9, 2031).

• Contractor is responsible for personnel supervision and coordination.

• Incoming personnel must notify the building administrator/manager of arrival and departure, especially if working at night.

• Government-furnished equipment includes a floor scrubber.
