Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide janitorial services for the USDA Forest Service, Eastern Divide Ranger District in Blacksburg, VA.

• Basic Cleaning Services: Includes maintaining floors (sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping), removing trash, cleaning drinking fountains, vacuuming carpets and mats, cleaning interior/exterior floor mats, spot cleaning carpets, cleaning interior glass/mirrors, general spot cleaning on various surfaces, general dusting and polishing of furniture, and cleaning kitchen sinks, dishes, and countertops.
• Basic Entrance Cleaning Services: Includes sweeping front, side, and back walks, sweeping entrance stoops and porches, and cleaning interior doors and windows at entrances.
• Basic Restroom Cleaning Services: Includes cleaning and disinfecting all restroom surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning mirrors, stocking restroom supplies (government provides supplies), and descaling toilet bowls and urinals.
