Scope of Work

Services are required 8 times per month, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays. Specific tasks include restroom cleaning, surface disinfection, floor maintenance (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming), trash removal, and annual window/carpet cleaning. Vacuuming must occur during specific one-hour windows (8:00-9:00 AM or 2:00-3:00 PM) to minimize disruption. The government will provide certain supplies such as brooms, mops, paper towels, and trash bags.

Submission & Evaluation
