Most services are required 8 times per month (every 3-5 days). Annual services, such as window cleaning and carpet shampooing/spot treatment for the DO, are scheduled for October. Vacuuming must be performed during specific one-hour windows (8:00-9:00 AM or 2:00-3:00 PM, Mon-Fri) to minimize disruption.
