Important Clarifications
- Holidays: July 3rd and July 4th, 2026, are designated nonworking days.

- Electric Line Relocation: Contractors are responsible for coordinating directly with Buckeye Rural Electric (BRE) for overhead electric line relocation and including the updated cost (estimated $21,114.65 as of 5/5/26) in Bid Item 1 (Mobilization and Demobilization).
- Site Conditions: If bedrock or stingers are encountered during pile driving, the NRCS inspector and COR/engineer must be informed. The sheet pile wall follows a slight curve in Blessing Road. Local traffic must be maintained due to nearby new driveway construction.
