Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the responsible offeror providing the best value to the Government, utilizing a tradeoff source selection process. Technical Capability and Price are the evaluation factors. Technical and past performance, when combined, are equal to price.
- Factor 1: Technical Capability will be evaluated on an "acceptable" or "unacceptable" basis, requiring clear demonstration of ability to meet all Statement of Work requirements.
- Factor 2: Price will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct them.
Submission Requirements
Quotations must be submitted electronically by the due date and time.
