Scope of Work
USSOCOM J6 requires contract program support encompassing program management, contract management, and contract administration services for various IT programs. The support includes:
- Program Management/Contract Administration: Advice and assistance in program/contract management, strategy development, contract planning, documentation, and proposal reviews.
- Service Level Monitoring/Quality Assessment & Reporting: Monitoring and reporting on contractor performance against SLAs and QA metrics.
- Documentation: Developing and maintaining a comprehensive documentation library, including contractual documentation.
- Strategic Resource Management Planning & Budget Execution: Assisting with financial administration, cost reports, estimates, and strategic program budgeting.
- Technical Assessment/Development: Designing and maintaining a portal dashboard for contract administration and performance monitoring.
- Organizational/Strategic Analytical Planning/Process Development: Analyzing organizational plans, federal/DoD plans, and monitoring NetOps status.
- Acquisition and Supplier Management: Assisting with enterprise-wide policies for acquiring new products and services, market research, and technology refreshment.
