Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To install a new 500 kW Kohler Diesel Generator System (Model 500REOZJC) as a standby/emergency power source for the Jones Hole National Fish Hatchery (NFH). The generator must be fully installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with applicable codes and industry standards.

• Site Preparation: Modify concrete pad, provide underground conduit for power, controls, and grounding, ensure ventilation clearances, and set the generator in place.

• Electrical Installation: Install and terminate AC power cables, connect to existing grounding system, install generator control wiring and integrate the APM603 control system with the facility's emergency power transfer switch. This includes potentially installing an 800 Amp Disconnect next to the existing transformer. Install an alarm autodialed and remote monitoring system.

• Testing, Startup & Commissioning: Complete factory startup procedures, perform load testing, test alarms and safeties, and provide commissioning documentation.

• Existing infrastructure includes an S&C Vista Underground Distribution Switchgear (Model 422) and a Cooper 3-Phase Transformer (300/336 kVA).

• Evaluation and acceptance are contingent upon the designated U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Representative determining the work to be acceptable and in good working order.
