Scope of Work

Key Requirements
Offerors must provide four (4) new UTVs that meet or exceed the following specifications:
- Engine: 4-stroke, 2-cylinder or similar, 850cc-1000cc displacement, with torque of 34.7 lb-ft @ 2500 rpm or greater.
- Transmission: CVT (automatic) with high/low range, forward, neutral, and reverse is acceptable; manual geared systems are not desired.
- Drive: Selectable 4-wheel drive with dual-mode rear differential lock or electronic 4WD selector.
- Seating Capacity: 4 (6-seater is also acceptable).
- Mandatory Equipment: Must include a roof and a windshield.
- Other: 23 amp or greater alternator, independent front/rear suspension, electric power assisted steering, 4-wheel hydraulic brakes, 7.1 inches or greater ground clearance, 5-gallon fuel capacity, 20 feet or less turning radius, 1200 lb or greater towing capacity, and a street legal kit (blinkers, horn, reverse light).
