Solicitation

• Provision, filling, transportation, handling, servicing, maintenance, delivery, pickup, and storage of medical gases and cylinders.

• Medical gases include, but are not limited to, Carbon Dioxide, Helium, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Liquid Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide, Argon, Propane, and Methane.

• Gases must meet or exceed United States Pharmacopoeia/National Formulary (USP) standards.

• Cylinders must comply with all applicable FDA, CGA, DOT, and other federal, state, and local regulations.

• Specific requirements for E-sized oxygen cylinders with fixed regulator systems.

• Contractor must provide and maintain contractor-provided cylinders and associated equipment.

• Government-owned property (GFE) medical gas cylinders will be managed and refilled by the contractor.

• Reporting requirements include usage, maintenance, delivery, and incident reports.

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed priced contract.

• Period of Performance: Base year (April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027) with two 1-year option periods (through March 31, 2029).
