Scope of Work

- Supply of one manual operator wrench and test fitting per valve assembly, along with specific union nuts, female tail pieces, and O-rings.
- Configuration control must follow MIL-STD-973 Short Form procedures.
- Components must be sourced from a Government Qualified Products List (QPL) supplier.
- Physical identification (marking) is required per GENERAL NOTE 7 OF DRAWING 803-6397408.
- Production Lot Approval (Contractor Testing) and First Article Approval (Contractor Testing) are mandatory.

Quality Assurance & Packaging
The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements, maintaining an inspection system compliant with MIL-I-45208. A Non-Destructive First Article Test/Inspection on one unit is required, with a report submitted via DD Form 1423 and approved before production. 100% Production Lot Testing is also required, with a corresponding report. Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD 2073.
