Key specifications include: bolt holes on mounting flanges must not be drilled, actuator associated mounting parts must be supplied in a bag, and the thermocouple hole for ball (Find 31) is not required. The quantity for CLIN 0001AA has been updated to 2 EA.
Key Requirements
- Security Clearance: Mandatory CONFIDENTIAL or higher U.S. Security Clearance for access to classified documents (e.g., 830-6404016 - CONFIDENTIAL).
- Quality Assurance: Contractors must maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001 (or MIL-I-45208) and calibration system requirements of ISO-10012/ANSI-Z540.3 (or MIL-STD-45662). Government Quality Assurance at source is required.
- Material Traceability & Certification: Strict traceability and certification are required for all Level I/SUBSAFE materials, including detailed chemical and mechanical analyses, and specific testing (Liquid Penetrant, Dye Penetrant, Ultrasonic, Radiography, Weldability, Production Tests).
