To provide two annual cleanings and acid neutralization for the Industrial Vapor Degreaser (Model# ZV-10.35SH-EW, S/N 210758) located at Robins Air Force Base, GA.

• Perform complete cleaning of vapor degreaser surfaces, connected still, and associated equipment to remove rust, oxidation, acid deposits, and chemical sludge.

• Neutralize chemicals and remove all acid residue from pipes, fittings, and components.

• Rinse and dry the entire system.

• Verify safety thermostats are operating correctly.

• Ensure required labeling (danger, caution, operating instructions) is present.

• Safely dispose of hazardous substances and materials provided by the Government.

• Contractor technicians must be OSHA Confined Space and Lock Out/Tag Out permitted.

• Follow EPA guidelines and NESHAP standards.

• Cleaning to be completed no later than 30 days after scheduling with the Government Representative.

• Provide a Summary Report via email within 5 business days after completion of work, detailing accomplishments, problems, recommendations, and costs.

• Period of Performance: One (1) year base period with four (4) option years.

• Frequency: Two cleanings per year.
