Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all materials, parts, travel, tools, training, and labor for two annual cleanings of the Industrial Vapor Degreaser (Model# ZV-10.35SH-EW, S/N 210758) located at Building 20128, Warner Robins Air Logistic Complex, Robins Air Force Base, GA. Key tasks include:
- Complete cleaning of degreaser surfaces, connected still, and associated equipment to remove rust, oxidation, acid deposits, and chemical sludge.
- Neutralization of chemicals and removal of all acid residue from pipes, fittings, and components.
- Rinsing and drying of the entire system, verification of safety thermostats, and ensuring required labeling is present.
- Safe disposal of hazardous substances provided by the Government.
- Compliance with EPA guidelines and NESHAP standards.
- Cleaning to be completed no later than 30 days after scheduling with the Government Representative.
