Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, parts, travel, tools, training, and labor for two annual cleanings of the Vapor Degreaser (Model# ZV-10.35SH-EW, S/N 210758) at the 402d Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG), Robins Air Force Base, GA. Services include complete cleaning of degreaser surfaces, still, and associated equipment to remove rust, oxidation, acid deposits, and chemical sludge. The contractor must neutralize chemicals, remove acid residue, rinse and dry the system, verify safety thermostats, and ensure proper labeling. Safe disposal of government-provided hazardous substances is also required. Contractor technicians must be OSHA Confined Space and Lock Out/Tag Out permitted, and adhere to EPA guidelines and NESHAP standards. Cleanings must be completed within 30 days of scheduling.
