Contract & Timeline

• Type: Fixed-Price with Economic Price Adjustment, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
• Period of Performance: One (1) year base period, with two (2) one-year option periods.
• Estimated Value: Guaranteed minimum of $10,000.00. Quantities are estimated.
• Delivery: UNICOR's desired delivery is fifteen (15) days or sooner after issuance of each delivery order.
• Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5).
• Offer Due Date: March 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST.
• Questions Due: March 13, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST.

Submission & Evaluation

• Submission Method: Offers must be submitted via email to chad.privett2@usdoj.gov on SF1449.
• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be based on best value, considering Past Performance, Technical Factors, and Price. Past performance and technical factors are significantly more important than price, and tradeoffs may be made.
• Eligibility: Offerors must be registered in the SAM database and meet the Department of Justice Contractor Residency Requirement.
• Offer Requirements: Must indicate Solicitation No. SV0202-26, time specified for receipt of offer, offeror's name, address, telephone number, technical description of items, warranty terms, price, and acknowledgment of amendments.
