Scope of Work
The contractor will provide a fleet of up to seven (7) vehicles (six (6) Mid-Size SUVs and one (1) Full-Size SUV) for USACE personnel stationed in the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) Saudi Area of Responsibility (AOR). Services include:
- Supplying new or like-new vehicles (Model Year 2026 or newer, <25,000 km).
- Ensuring vehicles are safe, legal, and fully operational, including licensing, inspections, comprehensive insurance (100% coverage, no USG deductibles), and toll stickers.
- Providing replacement vehicles within 3 hours for maintenance/repair.
- Performing all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, recall work, and repairs using OEM parts.
- Replacing vehicles reaching 120,000 km at no additional cost.
- Offering 24/7 breakdown and recovery service throughout KSA.
